Planned with minimun detail, Villa is part of the beauty of Rosa’s Beach. Since the initial project we followed the universal principles of environment conservation, The 3 R's (recycle, reduce and reuse).

The careful choice of materials (wood and recycling sleeper train, light poles and pieces of old flour mills in the region), plus the conscious choice of construction methods (sewage treatment system with a seal of EPAGRI-S.C, smart devices of control and reduction of energy, and the embankment made following the principles of permaculture). In adition with simple actions of awareness of the guests and separation of organic waste that becomes fertilizer for the garden. All these actions resulted in the integration of Villa with the local ecosystem.
