Since the initial phase of its project, the Villa following universal principles of environmental conservation (3 "Rs", recycle, reduce and reuse). The choice of materials and methods of construction and architectural style, which resulted in the inn rather than be emphasized, is mimicking the beautiful scenery of the Praia do Rosa.
